On 2nd April the IMA French Chapter held its general assembly to renew some of its board members and discuss its plans for 2019 and beyond. Evolution of the board

, founder and Secretary also for 5 years, handed over their responsibilities in order to support the chapter in different ways. We thank them warmly for their dedication and support to the IMA, which contributed hugely in raising awareness of the IMA and the CMA certification in France. Hélène Hertz
, HEC Paris, CMA, previously VP Continuous Education, was elected President. Clement Nguyen
, CPA, CMA, Diplômé d'Expertise Comptable, was elected new Secretary. Charbel Khalil
, Msc 2 graduate from Université du droit et de la santé de Lille, CMA candidate, was elected VP Communication.

- Raise awareness on IMA and the value of the CMA® certification, with a focus on universities and academic institutions.
- Grow membership base and loyalty with regular live conferences/training sessions delivering CPEs.
- Provide our members with better visibility of impacts of technological innovations (AI, Blockchain…) on financial jobs in the future.
